Seagal’s Biography
Seagal Eben-Ezra is an influential speaker, parenting expert and psychotherapist who inspires a dynamic and insightful thinking into the way relationships are being understood.

Her approach is rooted in humanistic psychology, developmental concepts, attachment theory and neurobiology, inviting an integrated perspective to interpersonal relationships. She is known for her expertise in couple and family dynamics, leadership development, relational parenting and expressive-art and play based therapies. Her collaborations include organizations such as York District School Board, Jewish Board of Education, Jewish Family Institute, York Children Aid Society, Jewish Child and Family Services, Kachol Lavan, and Young Judea.

In addition to Seagal’s 15-year therapy practice in Toronto, she also acts as a clinical manager at Blue Hills Child and Family Centre overseeing programs and services that focus on delivering assessment, training and consultation to child welfare agencies and children 0-6 in York region Ontario.
